In light of the recent establishment of the Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM), we are thrilled to announce BICAM’s significant milestone - the launch of the BICAM Arbitration and Mediation Rules, entitled “Breaking the Ice-Berg, Uncovering the Treasure”. Our distinguishing panels will navigate these newly laid pathways – the BICAM Arbitration and Mediation Rules 2023, encompassing the strategic formulation of effective arbitration and mediation clauses and their key features. The second half of our event will cover discussion on the contemporary development in arbitration and addressing practical issues in adjudication under the Construction Industry Payment & Adjudication Act 2012 (CIPAA).
